Position Endowments
A Named Head Coach Endowment is a truly meaningful commitment to Texas Tech’s Athletics. A leadership gift of $750,000 to $2 million entitles you to naming rights to the head coaching position in the sport of your choice.
A Named Head Coach Endowment is a highly visible way to spotlight academic and athletic leadership by outstanding student-athletes while demonstrating your commitment to the corresponding head coach through your financial support. The Named Head Coaching Position Endowment is the most prestigious endowment that can be established within Texas Tech Athletics.
Head coach positions that may be endowed:

| Women's Basketball | $1.5 million |
| Baseball | $1 million |
| Track & Field | $1 million |
| Soccer | $750,000 |
| Softball | $750,000 |
| Volleyball | $750,000 |
| Men's Golf | $750,000 |
| Women's Golf | $750,000 |
| Men's Tennis | $750,000 |
| Women's Tennis | $750,000 |
| Cross Country | $750,000 |
| Football | $750,000 |
Recognition and benefits at this level include the following:
- Lifelong naming rights to your position endowment

- A photograph and personal letter from a student-athlete in your endowed position area
- A personal letter from the head coach in the sport you endow
- Priority points (initial year)
