It’s very simple: Endowments are vital to supporting all of our
NCAA-allotted scholarships.

As is true for the University at large, endowments offer the best way for Texas Tech Athletics to sustain the growth we have enjoyed in recent years. An endowment account guarantees “spendable” income each year while the corpus of each gift continues to build for the future.

The purpose of Red Raider Scholarship Fund endowments is to build and sustain a fund that supports our scholarship needs each year, allowing annual fund contributions to be used for other investments that make the Texas Tech Athletics Program more competitive. These include personnel, facilities, training equipment, fan amenities, travel and other operating needs.

Texas Tech Athletics offers several different endowment programs to address your interests and meet your objectives. These opportunities range from a gift of $10,000 to establish a general scholarship endowment to a $2 million contribution to establish the Head Football Coach’s Endowment, which includes naming rights.
